Project included minor underpinning, newly wood framed town homes over crawlspace foundation with hardie siding, and duradeck roof decks. Interior scope included all new finishes to include hardwood floors throughout, stone countertops, metal rails, 7’ doors, frameless glass shower doors, and marble tile at bathrooms. Site scope included clearing of existing lot, bio retention water filtration system at courtyard, and pervious paver parking at rear.
