5,506 square foot clubhouse for Toll Brothers Inc. Project included concrete foundation and slab on grade. Wood framed construction, brick, stone, and hardie plank skin. Interior scope included all finished for dining area, pub room, exercise room, fitness center, locker rooms, and kitchen. Site scope included a pool, patio, grilling area, fireplace, putting green, bocce court, fencing, and sidewalks.
